We are here for you.

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling can be helpful in dealing with many life problems, including understanding and managing the symptoms of depression and anxiety, healing from abuse and trauma, coping with grief and loss, moving through life transitions, strengthening relationships, exploring workplace and career concerns, and dealing with addiction and dependency.

Family Counseling

We help families cope with the problems that arise in everyday life, providing practical tools and emotional support as they work through difficult times. Some concerns that bring families to counseling include: communication, school problems, eating issues, drug and alcohol involvement, and the symptoms of ADHD, depression and anxiety.

Couples Counseling

I have training in Hope Focused Marriage Therapy which is hope-focused (rather than problem-focused) approach which enables couples to see that change is possible and gives them a new outlook on the future. This approach to couples/marriage therapy is strategic in each counseling situation; it includes teaching, training, exercises, forgiveness, modeling and motivation. I am also a PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator. PREPARE/ENRICH is the leading relationship inventory and skill-building program used nationally and internationally. It is built on a solid research foundation and has been used for 30 years to significantly improve a couple's relationship. It is tailored to a couple's relationship and provides couple exercises to build their relationship skills. This model also supports training marriage mentors in the church to meet the needs of premarital, newlywed, and married couples.
